List of Employees. The Union shall be provided quarterly via compact disc a current list of names, employee numbers, classifications, addresses, home telephone numbers, work locations, hourly rate, status (regular, substitute, temporary) and social security numbers of all employees covered by this Agreement. This list will also include all employees newly hired into the bargaining unit during the preceding quarter and all bargaining unit employees who have separated from the District during the preceding quarter.
List of Employees. The Employer shall provide annually to the Union a list of all bargaining unit employees, including call-in employees, specifying the employee’s name, address, telephone number and status (i.e. full-time, part-time, call-in, etc.), provided the employee does not object to its release. The Union and its members save the Employer harmless by the release of this information.
List of Employees. Upon request, but not more than twice per year, the County shall provide the Union with a listing of the names and addresses of bargaining unit employees. Each month the County will provide the Union with the names of all new hires and terminations which have occurred during the previous month.

The Employer will furnish the Guild with a current list of its members on a quarterly basis, identifying the employee’s name, address of residence, phone number, date of appointment and place of assignment. Such list shall be kept confidential, and used only for official Guild business. The Guild agrees not to disclose the names, addresses or telephone numbers of members to any person who is not an elected or appointed Guild representative.
List of Employees. The Employer will furnish the Union with a list of all employees in 36 the classifications covered by this Agreement indicating their starting date of employment. List of Employees a. Only upon request of the Union and no more than four (4) times per calendar year, an updated list including the name, mailing address, job title, department, work location, work, home, and personal cellular telephone numbers, personal email addresses of all employees in AFSCME-represented Units on file with the Agency shall be provided to the Union. The home address of newly hired employees will be provided within 30 days of hire or by the first pay period of the month following hire.
List of Employees. A-E shall provide JWA with a list of employees on the Project prior to A-E’s first billing, including employee names, job titles, assignments, and rates of pay. A-E shall submit this list with each monthly pay request. COUNTY reserves the right to withhold payment from A-E’s pay requests until such information is submitted. If any of A-E’s staff change, A-E shall submit a revised list of employees.
List of Employees. The Employer will provide a listing of new employees who are hired by the Division to the Union Shop Xxxxxxx within thirty (30) days of their hire date.

In addition to information specified elsewhere in this Agreement, on a monthly basis the College will provide the Union with a list of the following information for all employees identifying whether they are regular, temporary or part-time and including name, address, phone number, position, workload, salary step, calculation of salary step, status, status changes, start date, end date (where applicable).
