Collective Agreement. ARTICLE 1 -
Collective Agreement. All provisions of the Collective Agreement shall be applicable to Apprentices in this Program. Supplement No. 4a, Article III Continued
Collective Agreement. Collective Agreement means this collective agreement between the Employer and the Union.
Collective Agreement. 12.01 (a) The Board will supply all present employees with a copy of the agreement within thirty (30) days of signing the final agreement.
Collective Agreement. A copy of this Collective Agreement shall be issued by the Health Centre to each employee. The cost of preparing such copies will be shared equally by the Health Centre and the Union.
Collective Agreement. Upon reaching agreement on the administrative details of printing the Collective Agreement, and having sufficient copies of the Agreement printed, the Employer shall provide each employee a copy of the current Collective Agreement. The cost of providing the Collective Agreements shall be shared equally between the Employer and Union.
Collective Agreement. 6.1 The Board shall supply to the local Union one hundred (100) duplicate signed copies of this agreement at no charge.
Collective Agreement. 24.01 The Company agrees to supply each employee with a copy of this Collective Agreement.
Collective Agreement. 21.01 The Company shall prepare the original copies of the Collective Agreement for signature and issue a copy to each employee and new employee upon induction into the Company. This agreement shall be printed in booklet form.
Collective Agreement. The cost of printing the Collective Agreement in a mutually agreeable manner and form will be shared equally by the Centre and the Union.
