Work of the Bargaining Unit. (a) In order to protect the standard of nursing care, the Employer shall not contract out the work normally performed by members of this bargaining unit except:
Work of the Bargaining Unit. Employees not covered by the terms of this Agreement will not perform duties normally assigned to those employees who are covered by this Agreement, except for the purposes of instruction, experimentation, or in emergencies when regular employees are not readily available.
Work of the Bargaining Unit. Except in the cases mutually agreed upon by the parties, persons whose jobs (paid or unpaid) are not in the bargaining unit shall not work on any jobs which are included in the bargaining unit.

Work of the Bargaining Unit. 23.01 Supervisors or Managers excluded from the bargaining unit shall not perform duties normally performed by members in the bargaining unit which shall directly cause or result in the layoff, loss of seniority or service or reduction in benefits to members in the bargaining unit.

Work of the Bargaining Unit. 7.01 Persons outside the bargaining unit shall not perform work normally performed by employees in the bargaining unit that will result in layoff, demotion or displacement of any employee in the bargaining unit. Positions excluded from the bargaining unit may continue to perform their current duties and this will not be considered a violation of this Article.
