Work of the Bargaining Unit. Employees whose jobs are not in the bargaining unit shall not work on any other jobs which are included in the bargaining unit, except for the purpose of instruction, assessment, in emergencies or when regular employees are not available and provided that the performing of the aforementioned operations, in itself, does not cause the lay-off or a reduction in the regular hours of work of any employee in the bargaining unit.
