The Employee means the Executive Manager appointed in terms of Section 56 of the Systems Act;

More Definitions of The Employee

The Employee means the Director Infrastructure Services appointed in terms of Section 56 of the local Government Municipal Systems Act; (Act 32 of 2000)

The Employee s average weekly hours” means the average number of hours (not including overtime) that the employee worked each week during the employee’s period of continuous service;
