Work Planning. This intervention level is completed telephonically by the Case Manager. In the majority of cases, all of the assessment, recommendations, treatment interventions and return to work planning is completed by the case manager. In some cases (approximately 10%) there is a need for on-site support rehabilitation or work facilitation during the short term absence period. This is described in more detail below.

Work Planning. Within 30 calendar days of the effective date of this agreement, management will prepare a 12 month leave planning schedule which will be updated as follows: By March 15 of each year, management shall prepare a 6 month leave planning schedule for the following September through March time period. By September 15 of each year, management shall prepare a 6 month leave planning schedule for the following March through September time period. This plan will ordinarily include each rotating shift worker, then in the office/unit, and the originally anticipated scheduling of those employees over the course of the plan. The rotating shift workers will cycle in a reasonably equitable manner through the different tours of duty to which Management originally anticipates assigning those employees. Management may change the leave planning schedule as rotating shift workers join or leave the office/unit, as leave is approved, as training or focal point duties are assigned, to reduce costs, or to accomplish the mission. Management will revise the plan based on the most efficient, cost effective accomplishment of the agency’s mission. The information contained in the plan shall be posted for the use of bargaining unit employees.
Work Planning. 3.4.a The Forum will develop detailed work plans for its work based on the outline in Appendix B, and may establish task teams or arrange for the production of studies or reports to assist its work, as it considers appropriate.

Work Planning. Task 1m - Project Management: Pavement Transmap will create project management reports, project milestones, project goals, and keep the City informed on the progress of the project. Transmap will also provide monthly status reports and maps. Most project management will be done remotely except for the kick off meeting. Transmap will utilize the web, email, and voice for most project management tasks. The Project Managers are responsible for the allocation of staff for a timely completion of the project and report to the Account Manager and Project Principal on the status of the project. Task 1n- ArcGIS Online Viewer (Media Hosting) Once the image collection process is complete and all data is processed, Transmap will post all images on our ArcGIS Online web-based image viewer. This viewer allows the City to log on to a web page and view the basemap, orthophotography, image locations, pavement sample data, and all extracted assets from the project. Transmap uses this site to allow the City to see the progress of the project. Transmap will host the image links (media) for up to six months after completion of the project. The City will be responsible for having the space necessary to load the Transmap media on their servers. Transmap can assist the City in setting up the media on their servers. Deliverables 1a - ON-SIGHT Data Collection Transmap will deliver the van image, which is a geodatabase of the vehicle path with an image link, to the Transmap media site. A drive-coded geodatabase of the centerline file is also included. Transmap will deliver all images and LiDAR data on an internal SATA hard drive. A download cable (USB to SATA) can be provided. 1b - Advanced Inspections: IRI/Rutting The data acquired from the LCMS will be processed and the rutting data will be loaded into MicroPAVER. The following maps will be delivered to the City: Average section IRI and rutting. The final pavement centerline that is delivered to the City will have average IRI and rutting per segment. Standard pavement images will also be delivered as part of the media viewer. 1c - Advanced Inspection Processing 2D Transmap will deliver a complete Crack Map of surface distress data. A Crack Map shows the cracking of a road over a .jpeg image. The images can be viewed as a link in the Esri (GIS) system. 1d - Network Setup and Review Transmap will deliver a pavement centerline with the network information as attributes. Work Planning. 132. The project established quarterly meetings at the district level, which reviewed data, prepared quarterly work plans, and discussed progress against those plans. DHMT staff recognized and appreciated the CHAPS support for both these and the annual meetings, indicating they allowed people both to focus their activities and recognize their accomplishments. They also indicated that planning was a skill that would be likely to be maintained after the end of the project.

Work Planning. It is recognised that early meetings are beneficial to help staff prepare for the coming academic year and to that end line managers will reflect on the previous year’s workload, plan and discuss a provisional workload for the forthcoming academic year with each member of their team by the end of July of the preceding year. Individual workloads will be amended following consideration of student recruitment and retention rates and any changes to proposed timetables will be communicated to staff at the earliest opportunity. Summer term - the line manager and member of staff will meet to review the academic year drawing to a close and the provisional workload will be discussed with individual members of staff for the forthcoming academic year. October – in normal circumstances, following the assessment of student recruitment to courses and programmes, before the end of October, workloads will be reviewed with individual members of staff, however, where this is not possible estimated hours for each term will be identified. In some cases, for example where there is a high proportion of short-course working, this may not be possible. In such cases, there will be on-going consultation between the line manager and member of staff. Termly – if required there will be a review at the end of each term to review the impact of current workloads and anticipated changes to workload.
