Work Planning. This intervention level is completed telephonically by the Case Manager. In the majority of cases, all of the assessment, recommendations, treatment interventions and return to work planning is completed by the case manager. In some cases (approximately 10%) there is a need for on-site support rehabilitation or work facilitation during the short term absence period. This is described in more detail below.
Work Planning a The Forum will develop detailed work plans for its work based on the outline in Appendix B, and may establish task teams or arrange for the production of studies or reports to assist its work, as it considers appropriate.
Work Planning. Within 30 calendar days of the effective date of this agreement, management will prepare a 12 month leave planning schedule which will be updated as follows: By March 15 of each year, management shall prepare a 6 month leave planning schedule for the following September through March time period. By September 15 of each year, management shall prepare a 6 month leave planning schedule for the following March through September time period. This plan will ordinarily include each rotating shift worker, then in the office/unit, and the originally anticipated scheduling of those employees over the course of the plan. The rotating shift workers will cycle in a reasonably equitable manner through the different tours of duty to which Management originally anticipates assigning those employees. Management may change the leave planning schedule as rotating shift workers join or leave the office/unit, as leave is approved, as training or focal point duties are assigned, to reduce costs, or to accomplish the mission. Management will revise the plan based on the most efficient, cost effective accomplishment of the agency’s mission. The information contained in the plan shall be posted for the use of bargaining unit employees.
Work Planning. 1. The work shall start on the date determined in the Agreement and shall be carried out in accordance with the planning stated in the Agreement or a planning to be further determined by the Principal. The time limits stated in the Agreement and/or in the planning to be determined by the Principal shall qualify as final dates for the Contractor.
2. As soon as the Contractor knows or foresees that the goods cannot be delivered, not properly, or not in time, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Principal thereof in writing, describing the circumstances causing this.
3. The working hours of the Contractor shall be in accordance with the generally applicable working hours at the construction site. Overtime work is only permitted after prior written consent of the Dutch Labour Inspectorate and the Principal.
4. The Principal may change and redefine the dates and/or sequence of the deliverable work, whether on-call or otherwise, in which case the Contractor shall not be entitled to any compensation of damage and/or expenses.
Work Planning. Both Parties agree to set up the following working groups responsible for specific work planning and proposals:
(1) The Working Group on Prevention and Control of Communicable Diseases;
(2) The Working Group on Safety Administration and Research and Development of Medicinal Products;
(3) The Working Group on Research and Exchange in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Safety Administration in Traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials;
(4) The Working Group on Assistance for Medical Emergency;
(5) The Working Group on Inspections and Quarantines;
(6) Other working groups mutually agreed upon by both Parties. Each working group shall convene its respective first meeting within three months after the entry into force of this Agreement to discuss relevant matters concerning items, contents, formats, frequencies and the designated contact points, among others, for the exchange of information and notifications. When necessary, each working group may decide, based upon mutual agreement, to change their respective working agenda and may establish sub-working group(s).
Work Planning. At least once a term the specialist teacher(s) will meet with the SENCo/designated contact for a work review and planning meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to: ▪ Review work undertaken to date (including feedback on previously support) and to engage in a solution focussed discussion on the current and prospective caseload; ▪ Agree a work plan for the coming term, to include the range and breadth of work to be undertaken, realistic estimations of time required to complete the work and any associated administration, preferred modes of feedback and dates for when work will take place.
Work Planning. The parties agree that, after consultation, the Employer has final responsibility for the assignment of work and the evaluation of Employee performance. Work planning is a process in which Employees, their work unit and their Employer Representative jointly prepare a plan of action for a given period of time for each Employee. The Employer acknowledges the right of Employee involvement in the process wherein work is planned, results are assessed and performance is reviewed. Performance review is an informal process at the end of every work plan period. Both parties acknowledge the Employer’s responsibility to see that work plans are realistic and result in manageable workloads for Employees.
Work Planning. Following receipt of the Exploration Plan, the First Nation may make comments and recommendations to First Phosphate concerning the Exploration Plan, in particular any concerns regarding the health and safety of Members, the presence of sites of interest and, where applicable, protective measures to be put in place.
