Following Groups. A following group is out of position if it a) is taking more than the allotted time to play, and b) completes play of a hole more than 8 minutes after the preceding group completes play of that hole.

G roup Out of Position When a group is out of position at a checkpoint, they will be notified by a Checkpoint Official that the group is in breach of the pace of play policy. When a group has been notified of the first breach, that group is expected to regain its position before reaching the next checkpoint. If that group reaches the next checkpoint out of position, each player in the group may incur the applicable penalty for a breach of this policy. Any group out of position is subject to being monitored by a Rules Rover. A Player concerned about a non-responsive fellow-competitor in his or her group should request a Rules Rover to monitor the group in case penalties are incurred and appealed.

  • Working Group means representatives of the Applicable Registry Operators and other members of the community that the Registry Stakeholders Group appoints, from time to time, to serve as a working group to consult on amendments to the Applicable Registry Agreements (excluding bilateral amendments pursuant to Section 7.6(i)).
