Planning Meeting definition

Planning Meeting means any planned meeting relating to any planning phase, or an ad hoc meeting specially convened for the purpose of vessel and cargo planning, enhancing communication, expediting cargo working and/or resolving issues related to berthing or cargo working.

Related to Planning Meeting

  • Scoping meeting means a meeting between representatives of the applicant and the EDU conducted for but not limited to the following purposes:
