By August. 31 of each academic year, the District shall provide each Unit Member with a full accounting of accrued EP sick leave hours.
By August. 31 of each school year, and upon reasonable request, the District shall provide in electronic form to the Union the names, addresses, telephone numbers, email address, birthdate, not including the year of birth, full time equivalency (FTE) status, worksite location and assignment of all bargaining unit members employed. On negotiation years or upon reasonable request, the District shall provide the Union with a current bargaining unit list. Such requests shall be filled within five (5) days.
By August. 31 of each school year, each part-time teacher shall be issued a statement of the number of equivalent full-time teaching days taught during the previous school year upon written request by May 31.
9.3.1 A part-time teacher must accumulate 125 FTE days within four consecutive years to qualify for an increment. By August. 10, 2018, the District will provide racial harassment training to the District’s administrators and teaching staff, with an emphasis on recognizing harassment on the basis of race or national origin (conduct that is sufficiently severe, pervasive or persistent so as to interfere with or limit the ability of an individual to participate in or benefit from the services, activities or privileges provided by a recipient), how to conduct effective investigations into claims of racial harassment, how to implement harassment prevention strategies school-wide, in the classroom, on school transportation and on social media, and the obligation to respond to complaints of racial harassment in a prompt, thorough, and effective manner consistent with Title VI and its implementing regulation.
By August. 31 and February 28 of each year, SAVYON shall deliver to WRF a report detailing its progress in the commercialization of Licensed Products. Such report shall include information regarding product development, regulatory approval, marketing, and such other information as WRF may reasonably request in order to determine SAVYON's compliance with the diligence obligations under this Agreement.
By August. 31, 2017, the Board shall provide daily Occasional Teachers access to printing, for employment purposes, in the school to which they are assigned, subject to Board procedures.
By August. 31, 2019, The School will provide OCR with documentation that it has completed this item, such as a link to the School’s website or any other evidence of the publication of its Grievance Procedure as required by Title IX.
By August. 31 and February 28 of each year during the term of this Agreement, SAVYON shall deliver to WRF a true accounting of all Sales and Net Sales of Licensed Product made by SAVYON during the preceding calendar half year, and at the same time shall pay all royalties due. Such accounting shall show Licensed Product pricing, Sales, Gross Sales, itemized deductions as allowed herein, and Net Sales on a country-by- country, Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product basis and shall promptly supplement said reports with such additional information as WRF may reasonably request. WRF agrees to keep this information and documentation confidential as provided in Article 25. SAVYON shall also provide with their semi-annual reports, the latest copies of non-confidential promotional or explanatory literature listing Licensed Products and copies of Licensed Product package inserts.
