In-time. Each department head determines whether call-in time is necessary. The City may use people outside their classification in their department as needed. An employee shall accept call-in time when requested by the Employer unless he states that he is physically unable or there is serious family illness requiring his presence. Any employee accepting call-in time to work outside his regularly scheduled shift shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours at the rate of time and one-half.
