Calendar means a Gregorian calendar;
Service Year means fiscal year, except that:
Calendar Quarter means the respective periods of three (3) consecutive calendar months ending on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.
Year means a calendar year.
One-hundred-year flood means a flood having a one per cent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year.
Anniversary Year The one-year period beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the first anniversary thereof, and each subsequent one-year period beginning on the day after the end of the preceding Anniversary Year and ending on next succeeding anniversary of the Closing Date.
Calendar Week means any period of seven days starting with the same day as the first day of the First Assignment;
Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.
Calendar Year means each successive period of twelve (12) months commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31.
Annual Period means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date and, thereafter, on each anniversary of the Effective Date.
Income year means any year or accounting period beginning 1 July of one calendar year and ending 30 June of the following calendar year or any other period that the Trustees by resolution adopt;
Year of Service means the computation period of twelve (12) consecutive months, herein set forth, during which an Employee has at least 1000 Hours of Service.
Full year refers to the ordinary period of employment for the position.
Grant Year has the same meaning as in subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1 of HESA; ‘HESA’ means the Higher Education Support Act 2003; ‘maximum basic grant amount’ or ‘MBGA’ has the same meaning as in subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1 of HESA.
First Year means the intake group of Students for the most junior class or year in a school.
Term Year means a 12-month period beginning on the first day of the Term and each successive 12-month period thereafter.
Baseline Period means the 12-month period immediately preceding October 30, 2016.
Service credit year means an accumulation of months of
relevant year means a year commencing at 00:00 hours on 1 April and ending at 23:59 hours on the following 31 March;
Assessment year means the period of twelve months commencing on the 1st day of April every year;
Contract Year means, with respect to the initial Contract Year, the period beginning on the Commercial Operation Date and ending at 12.00 midnight on 31st March of that Fiscal Year. Each successive Contract Year shall coincide with the succeeding Fiscal Year, i.e., a period of twelve months commencing on April 1 and ending on following March 31, except that the final Contract Year shall end on the date of expiry of the Term or on Termination of this Agreement whichever is earlier.
Month means calendar month.
Projected Annual Benefit means the annual retirement benefit (adjusted to an actuarial equivalent straight life annuity if such benefit is expressed in a form other than a straight life annuity or Qualified Joint and Survivor Annuity) to which the Participant would be entitled under the terms of the Plan assuming:
completed year of service means the continuous service of a specified duration under the university, and includes the periods of absence from duty as well as leave, including the extraordinary leave.
Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
Reviewed Year has the meaning ascribed to said phrase under Section 6225(d)(1) of the Code.
