Quality Control Plan. Within forty five (45) days after the design development documents are approved, the Design-Builder shall develop a quality control plan for the Project (the “Quality Control Plan”). A draft of the Quality Control Plan shall be submitted to the Department and shall be subject to the Department’s review and approval. The Quality Control Plan shall be tailored to the specific products/type of construction activities contemplated by the GMP Basis Documents, and in general, shall include a table of contents, quality control team organization, duties/responsibilities of quality control personnel, submittal procedures, inspection procedures, deficiency correction procedures, documentation process, and a list of any other specific actions or procedures that will be required for key elements of the Work.
Quality Control Plan. The Contractor’s or Subcontractor’s quality control plans cover inspection and test proposals for items or activities to be supplied as part of the service. The quality control plan indicates the following as appropriate: - The identification of the item. - A list of the sequence of operations including inspections and tests. - The identification of the specification, drawings or procedures for each operation. - The acceptance criteria with reference to the appropriate technical specification, in-house, national or international standard and relevant clause number. - The inspections and tests the Contractor has nominated for hold and witness points. - Provision for inspections and tests nominated by the Service Manager. - Provision for inspection status indication. - Inspection and test records which are generated by the Contractor. - Competence of the people-Level II welding inspector, Coded welders, N3 Fitters /Boiler makers - Personnel qualifications from approved training and accredited institute - ITPs and welding procedures - Material certificates - Organogram indicating the quality person and his/her duties - Adhere to the QM58 - Follow the Eskom welding rule book The quality control plans are reviewed by the Service Manager to allow for insertion of his specific requirements, including hold and witness points, prior to commencement of work. The Contractor does not commence work until the Service Manager accepts. The Contractor shall comply with:
Quality Control Plan. Document issued by the Contractor specifying the processes, procedures, and associated resources that will be applied to comply with the Contract's requirements.

Quality Control Plan. CM shall continuously implement and monitor the quality control Work plan to assure requirements of the Contract Documents are met with a minimum of remedial work. CM shall schedule and coordinate all needed tests with Owner, Owner’s Third Party Contractors, consultants and any applicable testing agencies, and notify Owner and A/E of the day and time of any test, without assuming direct responsibility for the work of Owner’s Third Party Contractors and any testing agencies. See Section 13.3 of General Conditions.
Quality Control Plan. The Company shall be in compliance with the Quality Control Plan in accordance with its terms and to the satisfaction of the Buyer.
Quality Control Plan. CFZ will provide guidelines for a quality control program, incorporating all Subcontractors, separate contractors hired directly by ESTABLISHMENT (if any) and ESTABLISHMENT activities, and will enforce it during the works. CFZ’s approach shall include a review of the Build-Out Construction Documents, shop drawings and specifications. From this review, problems will be identified and discussed with the Subcontractors so that the correct standards and procedures are employed in the bid process. Subsequently, CFZ will carefully monitor the bid process so that there is a complete understanding of the installation techniques and the quality control standards.
Quality Control Plan all necessary measures taken by the CONTRACTOR to assure that the quality of service will meet the Contract requirements set forth in the Performance Work Statement.
Quality Control Plan. Within five (5) business days after the effective date of the contract, the contractor shall submit electronic copies of the proposed quality control plan to the COR. This plan should include the actions the vendor will take to instill quality, monitor quality and resolve identified quality issues effectively and timely throughout the course of the contract.
Quality Control Plan. 4.3.1 The Bidders are to submit a complete quality control program plan which will become a compliance document upon contract award.
