Producer/Director II Function: Under the overall responsibility and authority of a Series Producer or Creative Head, the Producer/Director II is responsible for the preparation and realization of programs or program segments. The Producer/Director II assigns work, determines lineup and implements the program concept. The work must meet editorial, artistic, intellectual and technical quality standards. The Producer/ Director II works within an approved budget and resource allocation. Initiative, independent judgment and creativity are required. Guidance and direction are provided as required. Work must adhere to OECA program policies, standards and practices.   • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Infill development means new construction on a vacant commercial lot currently held as open space.
