Funding Group definition

Funding Group. A pool of Loans to be funded on a Delivery Date or subsequent Funding Date.
Funding Group means the UBS Funding Group or an Other Funding Group.

More Definitions of Funding Group

Funding Group means the Nieuw Amsterdam Funding Group or the Fairway Funding Group.

  • Aggregate Loan Group Balance As to any Loan Group and as of any date of determination, will be equal to the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group, except as otherwise provided, as of the last day of the related Collection Period.
