Final Work Plan Clause Samples

The Final Work Plan clause defines the requirement for a definitive, detailed plan outlining the scope, schedule, and deliverables of a project before substantive work begins. Typically, this clause mandates that the parties collaborate to develop and agree upon a comprehensive work plan, which may include timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and specific responsibilities. Its core practical function is to ensure that both parties have a clear, mutual understanding of expectations and project parameters, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes during project execution.
Final Work Plan. The Recipient shall incorporate all comments, suggestions, or edits (if there are any) provided the CATR and Installation representative to the “Final Work Plan”, and the Recipient shall submit (electronically via email) the “Final Work Plan” within 30 days from the date the Recipient received the final reviews provided by the CATR and Installation Representative. If the CATR and Installation Representative do not have any comments, suggestions, or edits on the draft work plan, the document shall be resubmitted marked “Final Work Plan” under this Agreement. The work plan must be approved by the CATR and Installation Representative prior to the initiation of any work on the Installation.
Final Work Plan. By no later than fifteen (15) business days after the state agency's authorization to proceed with services, the contractor shall create and submit a final work plan for state agency approval. The contractor's final work plan shall include a timeline of the following items. In addition, the contractor's final work plan shall furnish a brief narrative description of the subject matter encompassed by the topic or subtopic. The state agency shall have the right to edit, modify, and/or rearrange the organizational structure, topics, and subtopics as it deems necessary to ensure the inclusion of all work required by the contract. a. Development and implementation of the citizen participation requirements, as outlined in Attachments 1 and 2; b. Development of the Risk-Based Mitigation Needs Assessment; c. Design of the program to address the Mitigation Needs Assessment; and d. Draft the CDBG-MIT Action Plan.
Final Work Plan. The Recipient shall incorporate all comments, suggestions, or edits (if any) provided by the CATR and NASFR, and submit the "Final Work Plan" (electronically via email) within thirty (30) days from receipt of comments from the CATR and NASFR. The Work Plan must be approved by the CATR and NASFR prior to implementation of habitat improvements.
Final Work Plan. The Contractor shall use FHWA TOCOR recommendations and outcomes of the literature review for the final list of safety improvements, and shall develop final work plan for Evaluation of Safety Improvements, Phase X. Evaluation of Safety Improvements, Phase X study team shall work with ESSTto identify reliable and effective methodologies that will be suitable for evaluation of each safety improvement. Some selected methodologies should work for possible small sample size in these evaluations, and reduce time and labor requirements to produce meaningful results for Evaluation of Safety Improvements, Phase X evaluations.
