Review Report Sample Clauses

Review Report. Within five Business Days following the end of the applicable Review Period described in Section 3.06, the Asset Representations Reviewer will provide the Issuer, the Sponsor, the Servicer and the Indenture Trustee with (i) a report (a “Review Report”) specifying for each Subject Receivable whether there was a Test Pass, a Test Fail, a Test Incomplete (as contemplated by Section 3.05) or a Test Complete (as contemplated by Section 3.08) for each Test and Subject Receivable and (ii) the related Review Invoice. The Review Report will include a summary of the findings and conclusions of the Asset Representations Reviewer with respect to the Asset Review to be included in the Form 10-D for the Issuer for the Collection Period in which the Review Report is received. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that the Review Report does not contain any Personally Identifiable Information. For the avoidance of doubt, the Indenture Trustee shall have no obligation to forward the Review Report to any Noteholder or any other person.
Review Report. In the event that the Asset Representations Reviewer determines that there is no Review Procedure Fail for any Review Procedure in connection with a Review, within ten (10) Business Days after the completion of the Review, the Asset Representations Reviewer will deliver to the Sponsor, the Servicer, the Transferor, the Issuing Entity and the Indenture Trustee a Review Report (the “Review Report”) indicating the finding for each Review Procedure.
Review Report. Within five Business Days after the end of the applicable Review period under Section 3.03(b), the Asset Representations Reviewer will deliver to the Issuer, the Servicer and the Indenture Trustee a Review Report. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that the Review Report does not contain any Personally Identifiable Information. On reasonable request of the Servicer, the Asset Representations Reviewer will provide additional details on the Test results.
Review Report. Within [30] days following the applicable Review period described in Section 3.06, the Asset Representations Reviewer will provide the Issuing Entity, Sponsor, Depositor, Servicer and Indenture Trustee with a Review Report providing each Test result (i.e., Test Pass or Test Fail) for each ARR Receivable. The Review Report will include information, along with a summary of the Review Report’s findings and conclusions, to be included in the Issuing Entity’s Form 10-D report for the applicable monthly period.
Review Report. Provide Lender by March 31, 2004 a copy of the SAS 70 review report to be issued by KPMG which report shall be satisfactory to Lender.
Review Report. (i) The Company has delivered to the Investors and attached as Section 3.12(i) of the Disclosure Schedule the review report (the "REVIEW REPORT") for the period from July 5, 2005 to May 31, 2006 (the "REPORT DATE") and the financial forecast for the seven months ending December 31, 2006 of the Company. The Review Report and financial forecast are complete and correct in all material respects and present fairly the financial condition and position of the Company Group as of the Report Date, and are reviewed and signed off by KPMG in accordance with the IFRS.
Review Report. Upon completion of retrospective review, TMF will provide written or FAX notification to the Executive Director of Williamson County of the review results. TMF’s review reports will be provided within the timeframes outlined in section 2.4 and a report of findings and recommendations will be completed by September 30, 2010.
Review Report. Upon the request of any Noteholder to the Servicer for a copy of any Review Report (as defined in the Asset Representations Review Agreement), the Servicer shall promptly provide a copy of such Review Report to such Noteholder; provided, that if the requesting Noteholder is not a Noteholder of record, such Noteholder must provide the Servicer with a written certification stating that it is a beneficial owner of a Note, together with supporting documentation supporting that statement (which may include, but is not limited to, a trade confirmation, an account statement or a letter from a broker or dealer verifying ownership) before the Servicer delivers such Review Report to such Noteholder; provided, further, that such Review Report contains personally identifiable information regarding Obligors, then the Servicer may condition its delivery of that portion of the Review Report to the requesting Noteholder on such Noteholder’s delivery to the Servicer of an agreement acknowledging that such Noteholder may use such information only for the limited purpose of assessing the nature of the related breaches of representations and warranties and may not use that information for any other purpose.
