Construction Site. Buyer acknowledges that the unit and condominium building will be located in a construction area. As a consequence, Buyer will, upon being granted the right to occupy the Unit, in all likelihood, encounter noise, dirt, dust and debris which normally accompanies construction activities. Buyer accepts the conditions under which occupancy of the Unit is granted, and waives all claims and/or demands in any way arising out of said construction activities;

Construction Site. 2.1 The Owner is responsible for fixing of the boundaries of the Land and the Contractor shall rely solely on the information supplied by the Owner. It is obliged to ensure that there are no unnecessary obstacles on the Construction Site, and arrange for the storage, positioning or removal of all of the Contractor’s equipment and materials, and is responsible for immediately removing any waste, rubble, garbage and excess materials and eliminating all temporary works that are no longer requirements, and for fulfilling any other obligations arising from the Binding Regulations in relation to the Construction Site. The Contractor is authorised to place only equipment, materials and other items needed to perform the Construction on the Construction Site. The Contractor is fully liable for the safety and protection of the health of all individuals on the Construction Site. All individuals that access the Construction Site with the Contractor’s knowledge must be equipped with adequate personal protective equipment. Unless the Parties agree otherwise, the Contractor will remove and clear out from the Construction Site all of the Contractor’s equipment and materials, rubble, construction waste and any temporary structures and equipment within the Completion Deadline. The Contractor will restore the Construction Site to operational condition and leave the Construction Site and Facility in clean and safe condition within the Completion Deadline. If it violates this obligation, the Contractor is obliged to pay the Client the contractual fine set out in the Contract. A written handover protocol will be compiled by the Parties on handover of the Construction Site.

Construction Site. During the construction of the Leasehold Improvements and any future expansion thereof, Authority shall with the assistance of Tenant, or its employees or agents, select a construction staging site or sites that are reasonably convenient to the Premises and grant Tenant a license to use such site during the term of the construction. All terms of this Lease shall apply to such site, except no rent or other usage fees shall be payable therefore, Tenant shall return the site to its prior condition after the completion of the construction, and the use of the site shall be for construction related purposes only.
