By November. 1st of each year, the University will provide the Association with a list of all members eligible for retirement without penalty under the faculty pension plan.
By November. 1 of the first academic year of operation of a new department created as a result of a reorganization, a department summer rotation plan shall be submitted to the Xxxxxxx for approval pursuant to Article 6.9. of this Agreement.
By November. 20 of the relevant calendar year the Manager will prepare and deliver to the Parent a revised budget that has been approved by the Board of Directors, in consultation with the Executive Officers (the “Approved Budget”).
By November. 10, the Head shall provide the applicant the opportunity to discuss the recommendation.
By November. 1st of the first year of this agreement, all Educators shall complete a professional learning activity about self-assessment and goal-setting satisfactory to the superintendent or principal. Any Educator hired after the November 1st date, and who has not previously completed such an activity, shall complete such a professional learning activity about self-assessment and goal-setting within three months of the date of hire. The district, through the superintendent, shall determine the type and quality of the learning activity based on guidance provided by ESE. The superintendent will work with the MEA to determine the most effective means of providing training. All training of teachers will take place within the contractual day.

By November. 30 in the case of reappointment, the Xxxx shall forward the reasoned report of the FPTC, together with her or his reasoned recommendation and the reasoned report resulting from the evaluation at the DPC level, to the Xxxxxxx, the faculty member, the Chair of the DPC, and the Association. In addition, by the same dates, the Xxxx shall send a copy of her or his reasoned recommendation to the members of the FPTC.
By November. 30 in the case of reappointment, the Xxxx shall forward the reasoned report of the LPRC, together with her or his reasoned recommendation and the reasoned report resulting from the evaluation at the LPC level, to the Xxxxxxx, the librarian member, the Chair of the LPC and the Associate University Librarian. In addition, by the same dates, the Xxxx shall send a copy of her or his reasoned recommendation to the members of the LPRC.
By November. 1, of each school year, the District shall notify the Committee of the following: the total number of accumulated days in the Bank on June 30 of the previous school year, the number of days contributed by unit members for the current year, names of participating members, and the total number of days available in the Bank.
