Period of Time. When calculating the period of time within which or following which any act is to be done or step is to be taken pursuant to this Agreement, the date which is the reference date in calculating such period shall be excluded. If the last day of such period is a non-business day, the period in question shall end on the next business day.

Period of Time. (1) The obligations of non-disclosure pursuant to this agreement shall continue to apply beyond the termination of the cooperation.

Period of Time. Sabbatical leave may be granted for a period of one (1) year at a rate not to exceed one-half salary, or for a period of one-half year at a rate not to exceed full salary.
