Period of Time. When calculating the period of time within which or following which any act is to be done or step is to be taken pursuant to this Agreement, the date which is the reference date in calculating such period shall be excluded. If the last day of such period is a non-business day, the period in question shall end on the next business day.
Period of Time. (1) The obligations of non-disclosure pursuant to this agreement shall continue to apply beyond the termination of the cooperation.
Period of Time. Each employee will serve an appropriate probationary period based on the job classification occupied. The probationary period for new or revised classifications created after the effective date of this Agreement will be determined by the Agency per the provisions of Sections 2.2A and 10.1.

Period of Time. The license for the LICENSED SOFTWARE shall be effective from hereof and shall remain in force until the CUSTOMER discontinues the use of the LICENSED SOFTWARE.
Period of Time. Sabbatical leave may be granted for a period of one (1) year at a rate not to exceed one-half salary, or for a period of one-half year at a rate not to exceed full salary. An individual on sabbatical leave may, with prior approval of the President, accept fellowships, grants-in-aid or earned income to assist in accomplishing the purpose of the leave. Any person on sabbatical leave shall retain all accrued and continuing benefits during the period of leave.

Period of Time. 9 The period of time that an employee is off the job and unable to work by 10 reason of a disability compensable under the Workers' Compensation Law shall not 11 interrupt his continued period of employment with reference to accrual of seniority or 12 retirement vesting rights unless the employee's “attending physician” (as that term is 13 defined under ORS 656.005(12)), the State Workers' Compensation Department or 14 Board (or its successor) certifies to the County in writing that the employee will be 15 permanently disabled to such an extent that he will be unable to return to the County 16 and fully perform the duties of the position occupied at the time of injury. In such event 17 the employee's status shall be governed exclusively by applicable State statutes 18 related to re-employment and non-discrimination.
