Period of Time. When calculating the period of time within which or following which any act is to be done or step is to be taken pursuant to this Agreement, the date which is the reference date in calculating such period shall be excluded. If the last day of such period is a non-business day, the period in question shall end on the next business day.
Period of Time. Each employee will serve an appropriate probationary period based on the job classification occupied. The probationary period for new or revised classifications created after the effective date of this Agreement will be determined by the Agency per the provisions of Sections 2.2A and 10.1.

Period of Time. (1) The obligations of non-disclosure pursuant to this agreement shall continue to apply beyond the termination of the cooperation.
(2) The obligations of non-disclosure pursuant to this agreement shall not apply or no longer apply if and insofar as the information in question demonstrably: - is or has become widely known, or - becomes widely known through no fault of the Partner, or - already was in the Partner's possession before the disclosure, or - significantly corresponds to information, which was revealed or made accessible to the receiving Partner at any time by an authorised third party. The burden of proof for the presentation of these exceptions lies with the Partner.
Period of Time. Insofar as allowed by Applicable Law, the period otherwise applicable for filing claims against the City under Applicable Law shall be tolled during the period of time for which meet and confer or mediation procedures are pending, in accordance with Sections 10.9.A and 10.9.B.

Period of Time. 2.1 The period of hire shall commence from whichever is the earlier of the time the Equipment is made available to the client or leaves the Company’s premises, or on the date of signature of the schedule the authorised representative of the Company.
2.2 The period of hire shall continue until the Equipment is returned to the company and the company issues to the Hirer an acknowledgement of receipt in respect of the Equipment, signed by the authorised representative of the Company.
