By February. 7 of the year after the end of each fiscal year of the Partnership, all information necessary for the preparation of the Limited Partners' federal income tax returns, together with a draft of the Partnership's federal income tax return for such fiscal year.
By February. 1: Primary evaluator (administrator) will review progress with evaluatee.
By February. 1: The evaluator must conduct at least one formal classroom observation of the unit member.
By February. 1, a conference shall be held as needed to discuss progress, problems, assistance needed, and/or revisions required. The report of the conference shall be recorded on the Conference and Improvement Form. If an area of weakness has been noted, the evaluator and employee shall develop a program for improvement.
By February. 1 of the year in which the shared contract occurs, the teacher(s) shall notify the site administrator and the Superintendent in writing if they wish to 1 apply for an extension of the agreement.
By February. 1st, each department shall post a list of employees indicating the length of vacation time entitlement. Each employee shall indicate on this list by March 1st, their time preference. The Department Head shall then set the vacation period and post the final vacation schedule by April 1st. After the finalized vacation schedule is posted the Department Head or the employee shall not alter the vacation period unless by mutual consent.
By February. 1st of each year, the School Corporation shall provide the Federation with a list of seniority or of modifications to the existing seniority list. This seniority, as determined on said list, shall stand until it is modified by an arbitrator.
By February. 15 in the final year of a Provisional Appointment, a Member must be notified of the Board's decision to award or deny a Candidacy Appointment. A copyof this notification shall be sent to the Association. In the event that a Candidacy Appointment is denied, the University's notification to the Member shall give written reasons for the denial.
By February. 15 of each school year, the administration shall publish a list of all teachers according to seniority rank, along with a projection of anticipated reduction in staff for the end of that year. Only licensures listed on the final seniority list need be considered by the District, except as provided in Subd. 6 of this section, when assignments for ensuing school year are determined. Teachers shall have thirty (30) days in which to challenge their rank or status, and the absence of such a challenge shall constitute full agreement on the part of the teacher. Copies of changes in the seniority list, as well as Board action pursuant to this section shall be furnished to Local #710. Notification to a teacher of placement on unrequested leave shall be made as soon as practicable during the school year, but in no event later than June 1 of the school year prior to the inception of the leave. If a tenured teacher elects to follow the grievance procedure under Article XIV with respect to the placement on unrequested leave by Board action, the intent to submit the grievance to arbitration must be filed and the action commenced within ten (10) days following the decision in Level III of the grievance procedure, or by June 30, whichever is sooner. Time limitations and/or steps in the grievance procedure will be waived by mutual consent to expedite the hearing of the grievance and allow for proper appeal to the arbitration level by the June 30 deadline specified herein.
By February. 1st, each department shall post a list and the Employees shall indicate by April 1st the vacation period they wish. Employees shall have the option of claiming all of their accrued vacation as an unbroken period of time. Final vacation schedules will be the responsibility of the Employer.
