Informal Process definition

Informal Process means the request for Bid may or may not be published and received on prescribed forms, by a predetermined time. Depending on the purchase value, Bids may be received electronically, verbally or in written formats.
Informal Process nothing contained herein shall prevent an employee from discussing a po- tential grievance with his/her supervisor and having the matter remedied in an informal pro- cedure provided that the remedy is consistent with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Step 1 (Informal Process) In the event that a teacher believes there is a basis for a grievance, the teacher shall first discuss the alleged grievance with the teacher’s building principal(s) or immediate supervisor(s) within twenty (20) working days after the cause of grievance arises.
