Funding Provided. Funding made available through this Agreement is limited to the funding expressly provided in this agreement. Grantee will use the funding provided in this Agreement only on allowable costs. ESD will honor all allowable costs submitted within the funding period if funding is available.

Funding Provided. The Parties have preliminarily committed to providing the following funding on the below-described schedule:
a. Funding to be provided by the City of Jacksonville. The City of Jacksonville intends to pay $3 million. The City of Jacksonville intends to make funding available over two fiscal years. The 1st installment will be in the amount of $1.5 million and will be available for the Project on or before October 31, 2023. The 2nd installment will be in the amount of $1.5 million and will be available on or before July 15th, 2024.
