The Unit. The bargaining unit shall include all certified/licensed full-time staff assigned to the secondary program, all of whom shall be collectively referred to as “teachers.” Excluded from the unit are administrators, substitute teachers, and adult education personnel.
The Unit. Share Reserve shall maintain a minimum balance of 3% in years where the Unit Share generates a surplus.
