CPM Schedule. Contractor shall produce a CPM Schedule in accordance with Section 5.4 of the Agreement that will be the reference schedule for the duration of the Project unless revised by Change Order approved by the Owner. The CPM Schedule shall be the Project baseline plan comprising a control network detailing all activities to be completed in a logical sequence and being in sufficient detail to identify key activities and restraints, interdependencies, interrelationships and resources required to control the Project. CPM Schedule. As of the date of this Agreement, the parties have agreed to the CPM Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit L. Prior to commencement of the Construction Phase Services and concurrently with submission of the Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal, the CM shall submit an updated CPM Schedule for the performance of Construction Phase Services as specified. The CPM Schedule shall include reasonable periods of time for the Owner’s and A/E’s review and approval of shop drawings and submissions and for the approval of other authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. When approved by the ODR in connection with the GMP approval process, this updated schedule will become a part of the GMP agreement that will be incorporated into this Contract by Change Order.
CPM Schedule. Attached hereto as Exhibit D-2, is the Contractor’s initial CPM Schedule for the performance of construction services that is consistent with and meets the Contract Time Requirements and the Owner’s Project Schedule requirements and provides for the expeditious and practicable execution of the Work. The CPM Schedule shall include reasonable periods of time for the Owner’s and A/E’s review and approval of shop drawings and submissions and for the approval of other authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. The Contractor’s initial CPM Schedule attached as Exhibit D-2 shall become the baseline for evaluating performance of the Contractor. The Contractor shall monitor the progress of the Work in relation to the CPM Schedule and the Contract Time Requirements and the Owner’s Project Schedule requirements and shall provide the Owner with at least monthly updates and status reports as required by the Contract Documents. The CPM Schedule shall be revised in accordance with the Work Progress Schedule requirements of the UGC at appropriate intervals as required by the conditions of the Work and Project to reflect the current status of completed or in-progress activities, with thorough updates to the CPM Schedule prepared at least monthly and furnished to Owner upon request. The time periods established by the Contract Time Requirements and the Owner’s Project Schedule requirements shall not be changed without the written consent from the Owner. Whenever significant changes to the Project approved by the Owner do occur, such as added or deleted activities, must be reflected on an updated CPM Schedule to be submitted to Owner. However, any modifications to the CPM Schedule logic, coding, layouts and filters, detail, and activity durations shall be in accordance with any scheduling requirements set forth in the Contract Documents or as otherwise approved by the Owner.
CPM Schedule. CM@RISK shall submit to CITY, on or before the effective date of the Construction Contract, a Construction Progress Schedule in Critical Path Method (CPM) format indicating the times for starting and completing the various stages of the Work, including any Milestones specified in this Contract and as more fully described in the General Conditions and other Contract Documents. Revisions/updates to the CPM schedule shall be submitted as often as necessary to accurately reflect plans for completion of the work, but no less frequently than required in the Contract Documents.
CPM Schedule. Within ninety (90) days of the award of this Agreement, Construction Manager shall submit a detailed Project Schedule in CPM format, which includes the Milestones set forth in Section 6.4, and which will indicate a start date for the Work approved by Owner. The Project Schedule shall be subject to review and approval by Owner. CPM Schedule. No later than thirty (30) Days after the Effective Date, Contractor shall prepare and submit to Owner for Owner’s review and approval, not to be unreasonably withheld: (i) a detailed level 3 resource/man-hour loaded critical path method schedule for the Work using the latest version of Primavera Project Planner (“Primavera Project Planner”) and meeting all requirements of this Section 5.4A (such schedule, once approved by Owner, is hereinafter referred to as the “CPM Schedule”) and (ii) a detailed resource plan generated by the CPM Schedule and developed in accordance with Attachment B and Attachment X. Such submission to Owner of the CPM Schedule shall be in hard copy and native electronic format. The CPM Schedule shall be consistent with the Key Dates and shall represent Contractor’s best judgment as to how it shall complete the Work in compliance with the Guaranteed Dates. The CPM Schedule shall, at a minimum, be detailed at a level 3 (with each activity containing Work for on discipline or craft having a maximum duration of twenty (20) Days, except in limited circumstances when, due to the nature of the activity, a longer duration is necessary) for all activities for the Facility (including engineering, procurement, prefabrication or pre-assembly prior to erection, delivery of equipment, construction, required Owner or government agency inspections, procurement of Contractor permits, construction, pre-commissioning, Commissioning, testing and startup) and shall comply with GECP. Without limitation of the foregoing, the CPM Schedule shall: (i) show the duration, early/late start dates, early/late finish dates and available total float value for each activity, show a unique activity number, activity description, actual start/finish dates, remaining duration, physical percent complete and reflect logical relationships between activities, show an uninterrupted critical path from NTP through each of the Key Dates including Substantial Completion of each Train and Final Completion of the Facility; (ii) be tagged by activity codes to allow sorting and filtering by responsible Contractor, Subcontractor, Sub-subcontractor, Owner activities, discipline, craft, major work area, engineering, procurement, construction and 50 commissioning (iii) the Work Breakdown Structure identifier shall be included for each activity, and (iv) be man-hour loaded to reflect the projected manpower to be used per activity (whether provided by Contractor or any Subcontractor or Sub-s...

CPM Schedule. The CPM shall be in the time-scaled precedence format using the Contractor's logic and time estimates. The CPM schedule shall be drawn or plotted with activities grouped or zoned by Work area or subcontract as opposed to a random (or scattered) formal. The CPM schedule shall be time-scaled on a weekly basis and shall be drawn or plotted at a level of detail and logic which will schedule all salient features of the Work, including not only the actual construction Work for each trade, but also the submission of shop drawings and other Submittals for approval, approval of shop drawings by the Contractor's A/E, placing of orders for materials, the manufacture and delivery of materials, the testing and installation of materials and equipment, and all Work activities to be performed by the Contractor. Failure to include any element of Work required for the performance of this Contract shall not excuse the Contractor from completing all Work required within the Time for Completion, Contract Completion Date and any interim deadlines established by the Contract. The Contractor shall allow sufficient time in his schedule for his A/E to conduct whatever associated reviews or inspections as may be required. Each Work activity will be assigned a time estimate by the Contractor. One day shall be the smallest time unit used. It is the Contractor's responsibility to submit a schedule that shows Substantial Completion of the Work by the Contract Time for Completion or the Contract Completion Date and any interim deadlines established by the Contract. When completed, the CPM schedule shall be submitted to the Owner for review. The CPM schedule will identify and describe each activity, state the duration of each activity, the calendar dates for the early and late start and the early and late finish of each activity, and clearly highlight all activities on the critical path. "Total float" and "free float" shall be indicated for all activities. Float time, whether "free float" or "total float" as defined in Section I, shall not be considered for the exclusive use or benefit of either the Owner or the Contractor, but must be allocated in the best interest of completing the Work within the Time for Completion or the Contract Completion Date. Extensions to the Time for Completion or the Contract Completion Date, when granted by Change Order, will be granted only when equitable time adjustment exceeds the Total Float in the activity or path of activities affected by the change, pr...
CPM Schedule. Within 5 days of the date of execution of the Agreement, Contractor shall submit to the Authority a CPM Schedule for the Work which identifies Contractor’s detailed sequence, including start and end dates for each activity, for achieving milestones and Final Acceptance for each of the Salvage Work and the Demolition Work within the time periods required by the Contract Documents. The Authority shall review the submitted CPM schedule, may request documents or other justification for the schedule, and shall approve a final version of the CPM schedule (“Approved CPM Schedule.”) The Contractor is responsible for submitting monthly Approved CPM Schedule updates to the Authority’s Project Manager showing the progress of the Work. Failure to update the schedule may result in rejection or delay of payment requests.
CPM Schedule. Within 30 calendar days after the acceptance of the Preliminary Project Schedule, prepare, complete, and submit to the Representative for review, a CPM Schedule, incorporating the schedules for all subcontractors, interfaces with contractors on adjacent contracts, and others performing work in full accordance with this contract. As such, it will comply fully with all Contract Provisions including, but not limited to, the requirements regarding contract time, milestones, holiday restrictions, and coordination and cooperation with utility companies, railroads, governmental agencies and contractors on adjacent contracts and the requirements specified in the Special Provision entitled General Provisions. At the Pre-Construction Conference, the Representative will provide an overview of how the CPM Schedule shall be organized and how the group codes are to be assigned, specific contract scheduling issues, submittal process, etc. The Representative will complete the review of the Contractor’s CPM Schedule within 21 calendar days after the submittal. If required, the Representative will convene a Joint Review Conference at which time the Representative and Contractor may make corrections and adjustments to the proposed CPM Schedule. If a revision is necessary due to the Representative’s review or the Joint Review Conference, submit the proposed revision within 7 calendar days after the Contractor receives the Representative’s review comments or within 7 calendar days after the date of the Joint Review Conference whichever is the latest. Revisions will conform to the requirements for the CPM Schedule. The Representative will respond to the revised CPM Schedule within 7 calendar days after the revised CPM Schedule is received. Additionally, no extension of Contract Time will be allowed for any delays associated with the Contractor's preparation and the Representative's review and acceptance of the CPM Schedule.
