Electronic Format. If requested by the Purchaser, the Servicer shall supply any and all information regarding the Mortgage Loans and the REO Properties, including all reports required to be delivered pursuant to Section 5.03, Section 6.02 and this Section 8.01, to the Purchaser in electronic format reasonably acceptable to Purchaser, unless otherwise limited by the servicing system utilized by the Servicer.
Electronic Format. Reports must be submitted in the ADOBE PORTABLE DOCUMENT FORMAT (PDF) and be one integrated PDF file that contains all text, tables, diagrams, photographs, schematic, graphs, and charts. Materials, such as prints, videos, and books, that are essential to the report but cannot be submitted electronically, should be sent to the DOE/NNSA Contracting Office.
Electronic Format. All reports, statements and other materials delivered by or on behalf of Tenant to Lessor under this Article XXVI shall be delivered to Lessor in electronic format, if available.

Lessor and Lessee have heretofore entered into that certain Aircraft Lease Agreement [MSN] dated as of , 2011 (as at any time amended, modified or supplemented, herein called the “Lease” and the terms defined therein being herein used with the same meanings), which Lease provides in Clause 4.2 for the execution of a Lease Supplement substantially in the form hereof for the purpose of leasing the Aircraft under the Lease in accordance with the terms thereof. The Lease relates, among other matters, to the Airframe and Engines described below, and this Lease Supplement is attached to a counterpart of the Lease for purposes of filing and recordation.

If the proceedings cannot be submitted electronically, they should be sent to the DOE Administrator at the address listed in Block 16 of the Assistance Agreement Cover Page. Submittal Form. Scientific/technical conference papers/proceedings must be accompanied by a completed DOE Form 241.3. The form and instructions are available on E-Link at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/elink-2413. This form is not required for non-scientific or non-technical conference papers or proceedings.
Electronic Format. CLIENT agrees to enter into this agreement in electronic format pursuant to the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
