Section 6.4. 16 The Association shall provide the District with sufficient copies of the current agreement and PSE member 17 packets to provide to each employee at the time of hire. 21 A R T I C L E V I I 23 HOURS OF WORK
Section 6.4. 2 The Association representatives shall represent the Association and employees in meeting with officials 3 of the District to discuss appropriate matters of mutual interest. They may receive and investigate to 4 conclusion complaints or grievances of employees on District time and thereafter advise employees of 5 rights and procedures outlined in this Agreement and applicable regulations or directives for resolving 6 the grievances or complaints. They may not, however, continue to advise the employee on courses of 7 action after the employee has indicated a desire not to pursue a grievance. This does not, however, 8 preclude the Association’s right to pursue the matter to conclusion. They may consult with the District 9 on complaints without a grievance being made by an individual employee.
Section 6.4. 23 The Association representatives shall represent the Association and employees in meeting with officials of 24 the District to discuss appropriate matters of mutual interest. They may receive and investigate to 25 conclusion complaints or grievances of employees on District time when the nature of the grievance
Section 6.4. 37 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite and regular work shift and workweek, which shall not be 38 changed without prior notice to the employee of ten (10) workdays, except in case of emergency. The ten 39 (10) day notice period may be waived by the employee. Employees may request an extension of up to ten 40 (10) additional days by submitting a request in writing to Employee Services. 41
Section 6.4. 12 Time during working hours will be allowed Association representatives for attendance at meetings 13 with the District. Time will also be allowed for representatives to discuss with the employees 14 grievances and appropriate matters directly related to work situations in their area or craft. Association
Section 6.4. 33 Employees required to work through their regular lunch periods will be given time to eat at a time 34 agreed upon by the employee and supervisor. In the event the District requires an employee to forego 35 a lunch period and the employee works the entire shift, including the lunch period, the employee shall 36 be compensated for the foregone lunch period.
Section 6.4. Section 6.4 of the Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “During the Term, Shattuck will not finally abandon or allow to lapse, or otherwise cease Patent Prosecution of any of the Patent Rights under the ARC Technology IP, Development Molecule IP, Selected Molecule IP or Combination IP (whether such Combination IP is Millennium Combination IP, where the Parties agreed under Section 6.3(c) to file and that Shattuck would control Patent Prosecution, or other Combination IP), unless the JPC has [***] recommended such action.”
