After the Contract Completion Date, or any extension thereof, if the Contractor fails to correct the deficiencies within the established date or agreed to Punchlist completion date, the Project Manager shall assess liquidated damages as required by Section 7.26, FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE WORK ON TIME.
