Record Documents Clause Samples

The "Record Documents" clause defines the requirements for maintaining and submitting official project records, such as drawings, specifications, and as-built documents. Typically, this clause outlines the types of documents that must be kept up to date, the format in which they should be provided, and the timeline for their submission, often at project milestones or completion. Its core practical function is to ensure that accurate and comprehensive documentation is available for future reference, facilitating maintenance, compliance, and any necessary modifications to the project.
