Float time contained in the Baseline Schedule is not for the exclusive benefit of the Contractor or the Owner, but belongs to the Project and may be consumed by either party.
The Contractor shall re-submit initial Schedule as required to address review comments from A/E and ODR until such Schedule is accepted as the Baseline Schedule.
