Construction Conference. Completion of this form may fulfill the Contractor’s obligation for a Pre‐Construction Conference with the Building Trades Council. Failure to fill out this form in detail will lead to a required Pre‐Construction Conference. If a contractor is uncertain how to classify or assign a scope of work, it is a sign that a Pre‐Construction Conference is necessary.
Construction Conference. The Project Manager shall convene a pre-construction conference to be held at least fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement ofeach construction phase, at a time and location mutually agreeable to the Council. Such conference shall be attended by a representative each from the participating Contractor(s)/Employer(s) and Union(s) and the Project Manager.

Also, an initial site phasing and staging plan will be included in the bid documents to give guidance to the bidders regarding City standards and expectations. Submittal Procedures: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will oversee the distribution of all shop drawings submittal reviews, RFI’s, payment requests, change orders, product data, material delivery dates, daily reports, project logs etc. As described above, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will use of Submittal Exchange for expedient distribution and tracking of these documents. We will tailor this effort to provide the exact level of detail expected from the City.
Construction Conference. A conference normally called by the Contract Administrator following award of the Contract and prior to the start of construction, to be attended by Department personnel and the Contractor (or his or her superintendent or authorized agent with direct responsibility for job decisions) to review the activities that shall take place during the construction of the project.
