Work Required. The City requires that the successful bidder perform a complete and satisfactory job in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Work Required. Buyer acknowledges that the locomotive requires modification of the couplers to conform to Union Pacific requirements for alignment control before placement for interchange. If it so chooses Buyer agrees to provide all required parts and labor to convert this locomotive to acceptable condition for interchange. If locomotive is modified for interchange, Seller agrees to place the Locomotive at the interchange of the Union Pacific Railroad in Portola, CA, at no charge to Buyer following acceptance of the Locomotive for interchange. Exact timing of interchange will be coordinated by the Seller and Buyer separate from this agreement.
Work Required. Required to pack, ship and receive all materials, pertaining to the Company. May be responsible for the receipt, pick-up and/or delivery of packages and custody of all materials in his charge. Any other duties required by Supervisor.
Work Required. Employee may, at City's option, be required to work for the (name of city) Police Department while attending the training program, and may be required to patrol, dispatch, operate computer system, perform clerical tasks, or do other duties as assigned by the Chief of Police or the Chief's designee. The hours expended by Employee in attendance at the training course and service to the police department shall be subject to the same limitations and compensatory time policies as apply to all police officers of the City.
Work Required. The Specifications and Drawings are intended to be complementary, and what is called for by either shall be as binding upon Contractor as if called for by both. The Work shall be complete in every detail. However, should any of the Work or any material be required which Work or material is not set forth in the Specifications or on the Drawings, either directly or indirectly, but which is nevertheless necessary for the proper carrying out of the intent thereof, including variations as may be necessary to conform to the conditions of the actual Work, Contractor agrees the same to be implied and required and shall perform all Work and furnish all such material as fully as if said Work and/or material were particularly delineated or described without additional costs to Owner. Contractor shall not be relieved of any obligations or responsibilities with respect to the Work except by written consent of Owner.

Seller agrees to logistically support Buyer as noted in section #4 above. Locomotive will be provided to Buyer in FRA legal and interchangeable condition except as noted herein.
Work Required. Columns The walls that are adjacent to the columns along grid line 3, 4, and 6 shall be moved so that the columns are within such gypsum board walls. Ceiling systems The reflected ceiling plan of the Preliminary Plans indicates that portions of the ceiling existing as of the date of the Lease are to be removed and, following completion of Tenant’s work in the Premises, there shall be no suspended ceiling system in these areas, but instead the underside of the structure of the second floor, or roof, as the case may be, shall be exposed. In such areas, Tenant shall install a suspended ceiling system to match the adjacent ceiling system, subject to Landlord’s review and approval of such system to be specified in the Modification Work Plans, and which shall be installed with a uniform and level grid, as if all of such areas were finished with the ceiling system at the time of Tenant’s construction activities. The finishes, including but not limited to mechanical systems, lighting and other electrical distribution shall conform to other general office space within the Building as reasonably determined by Landlord.< br>
Work Required. A. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to construct the following facilities as described by these specifications and drawings. All work, materials and services not expressly listed as being provided by others or that are called for in the contract or necessary to provide a complete and operational system will be furnished, installed and performed by the contractor.

Work Required. The term “Work” includes all labor, materials, services, equipment, tools, transportation, power, water, permanent and temporary utilities, connections, provisions for safety, and all incidental and other things necessary to produce the finished construction of the Project as described by the Contract Documents. XXXX agrees to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and services necessary, and to do everything required by the Contract Documents as necessary to complete all Work required for the Project within the time specified for Substantial Completion and Final Completion of the Work.
