Work Required. The City requires that the successful bidder perform a complete and satisfactory job in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Work Required. Buyer acknowledges that the locomotive requires modification of the couplers to conform to Union Pacific requirements for alignment control before placement for interchange. If it so chooses Buyer agrees to provide all required parts and labor to convert this locomotive to acceptable condition for interchange. If locomotive is modified for interchange, Seller agrees to place the Locomotive at the interchange of the Union Pacific Railroad in Portola, CA, at no charge to Buyer following acceptance of the Locomotive for interchange. Exact timing of interchange will be coordinated by the Seller and Buyer separate from this agreement.
Work Required. Required to pack, ship and receive all materials, pertaining to the Company. May be responsible for the receipt, pick‐up and/or delivery and custody of all materials in his charge. Arrange for shipping of customers' parts and materials. To follow up on late or missing shipments, pickup and delivery of packages. Any other duties required by Supervisor.
Work Required. The Specifications and Drawings are intended to be complementary, and what is called for by either shall be as binding upon Contractor as if called for by both. The Work shall be complete in every detail. However, should any of the Work or any material be required which Work or material is not set forth in the Specifications or on the Drawings, either directly or indirectly, but which is nevertheless necessary for the proper carrying out of the intent thereof, including variations as may be necessary to conform to the conditions of the actual Work, Contractor agrees the same to be implied and required and shall perform all Work and furnish all such material as fully as if said Work and/or material were particularly delineated or described without additional costs to Owner. Contractor shall not be relieved of any obligations or responsibilities with respect to the Work except by written consent of Owner.
Work Required. Employee may, at the City’s option, be required to work for the Sheldon Police Department while attending the Training, and may be required to patrol, dispatch, operate computer systems, perform clerical tasks, or do other duties as assigned by the Chief of Police or the Chief’s designee. The hours expended by Employee in attending the Training and service to the Sheldon Police Department will be subject to the same limitations and compensatory time policies as apply to all police officers of the City.
Work Required. State the examination and remedial action required for in-use equipment. Where there are no record or log cards for the affected assemblies or parts, there may be a requirement to mark the work area or part to indicate satisfaction of the Instruction prior to installation of the component or closure of the access to the work area. Include engineering preparation and recovery work, eg jacking, panel removal / replacement and any caveats relating to satisfaction on armed Air Systems, if applicable. Use this sub-paragraph to define different work centres, in which case the work package must be set out in parts.
Work Required. State the examination and remedial action required on Air Systems in storage and not-in-use equipment. The DT concerned must discuss its content with the relevant staffs responsible for Air Systems in storage and for not-in-use equipment. The work package may cross-refer to sub-paragraph 4b above. If it is not possible to satisfy the Instruction on not-in-use equipment, this sub-paragraph must state ‘labelling action only’ and include any instructions for labelling stock so affected.

The evaluation and reporting , requirements shall be as defined in Task 1, applicable sections of . Task 2 (including subtasks 1 through 7 and 10 through 12) and Task 4 j of Basic Ordering Agreement No. NRC-02-80-028 except as modified in ; this. task order. In addition, the contractor. shall submit a trip report to the NMSS Project Officer documenting his site visit within 10 working days after trip completion.
