Construction Services definition

Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

Construction Services. Means construction, repair, renovation or restoration of any work except a vessel and includes; the supply and erection of a prefabricated structure; dredging; demolition; environmental services related to a real property; or, the hire of equipment to be used in or incidentally to the execution of any construction services referred to above.

Construction Services means the implementation and execution of the construction work required by the Contract Documents. The construction phase of the Project may be divided into different stages, each with different start and completion dates.

• The Lessee shall use the Site solely for the purpose of constructing the Project thereon and for subleasing the Site and the Project to the District; provided, that upon the occurrence of an Event of Default by the District under the Sublease, the Lessee may exercise the remedies provided for in the Construction Services Agreement or the Sublease.
