Contract Time Requirements definition

Contract Time Requirements means the requirements for the achievement of any major or “Critical” Milestones and Substantial Completion and Final Completion of designated portions of the Work or the entire Work of the Project as may be expressly required in the Project Schedule or any Owner-approved CPM Schedule or as otherwise expressly required by the Contract Documents.

  • Offeror does not consider that any further examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, studies, or data are necessary for the determination of this Proposal for performance of the Work at the Contract Amount proposed, within the Contract Time Requirements proposed and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.

  • The time periods established by the Contract Time Requirements and the Owner’s Project Schedule requirements shall not be changed without the written consent from the Owner.

  • CM shall cause the Work to be constructed in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and within the applicable Contract Time Requirements of the Contract Documents, CM shall award and enter into and manage, as the general contractor, all Subcontracts necessary to provide all labor and materials for the Work.

  • CM must achieve sufficient progress in the Work to keep on schedule with the timelines and Milestones set out in the Project Schedule in order to ultimately achieve the applicable Contract Time Requirements for the Project and each Work Package.

For orders that specify an “authorized party” to receive and inspect deliveries and/or installations, acceptance and inspection procedures must be performed by the” authorized party” to be considered and accepted by the ordering entity. Products inspected at the time of use are subject to refusal and return requirements for issues of quality such as defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Products will not be considered accepted by the ordering entity until the installation is complete for the applicable products.
