Examples of Completion of the Work in a sentence
Warranties required by the Contract Documents shall commence on the date of Substantial Completion of the Work or designated portion thereof unless otherwise provided in the Certificate of Substantial Completion.
The schedule initially shall include anticipated dates for the commencement of construction and for Substantial Completion of the Work as set forth in the Initial Information.
For all other purposes, unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing, Substantial Completion of the Work as a whole is the date on which the last element or part of the Work completed receives a Substantial Completion certificate.
Note: Builders Risk Insurance may terminate upon Substantial Completion of the Work in its entirety.
Unless otherwise provided in the Certificate of Substantial Completion, the Guarantee To Repair Period for the Work (which is defined in Article 12, Section 12.2.1), or such designated portion thereof covered by the Certificate of Substantial Completion, excluding any systems provided by Separate Contractors which are not yet fully operational or accepted by City, shall commence on the date of Substantial Completion of the Work or such designated portion thereof.
