Milestone Schedule. The Milestone Schedule is the description and definition of the phasing, sequencing and timing of the major Individual Project activities for design, construction procurement, construction and occupancy as described in the IPPA.

Milestone Schedule. In order to meet the Expected Initial Delivery Date, Seller shall use reasonable efforts during the construction period to meet the various Project related milestones set forth in Appendix 6.01(A) (“Milestone Schedule”) and avoid or minimize any delays in meeting such Milestone Schedule. In addition, Seller shall advise SCE, as soon as reasonably practicable, of any problems or issues of which Seller is aware which could materially impact its ability to meet the Milestone Schedule. Provision of Information.
