Construction Manager definition

Construction Manager means a competent person responsible for the management of the physical construction processes and the coordination, administration and management of resources on a construction site;
Construction Manager means the person appointed by the Contractor's Representative in the manner provided in GCC Sub-Clause 17.2.4.
