Failure to. (a) deliver to the Facility Agent, on or prior to 30 June 2022, a copy of the published UPC ESG Strategy;

Failure to. If the party receiving the notice fails to appoint a nominee, or if the two (2) nominees fail to agree upon a Chairperson within ten (10) days of their appointment, the appointment shall be made by the Minister of Labour upon the request of either party.
Failure to. If the two nominees fail to agree upon a chairperson within seven (7) days of appointment, the appointment shall be made by the Minister of Labour, upon the request of either party. Said request to be made within five (5) days of the expiration of the said fifteen (15) days, by the party that originated this matter.

An Employee who has been absent from work without notice or authorized leave of absence for a period of three (3) consecutive working days shall be separated from employment with the Employer. The Employer shall reinstate such Employee if reasons satisfactory to the Employer are provided within five (5) working days following the separation of such Employee from employment.
