Critical Path Method Schedule or “CPM Schedule” means a step-by-step methodology, technique and algorithm for planning construction work with numerous activities that involve complex, interdependent interactions. With respect to each Construction Work Package: the CPM Schedule identifies all critical and non-critical activities to complete the Work; the critical path in the CPM Schedule is the longest duration traversing through the Work; and any delay to the activities on the critical path will result in a delay to the completion of the Work.
