Changes to the Project. 9.1 All Changes must be approved by the Secretary of State prior to the relevant Change being deemed to be effective. The Grant Recipient shall request the Change on a Project Change Request Form. Changes to the Project. If your project’s aims or content change after you have received this grant offer, you must tell us in writing and seek our approval for:- • Any change that will alter the nature of the project before it begins • Any significant changes that you subsequently find will alter the nature of the project’s outcomes over the lifetime of the project • Any change to the project’s beneficiaries, users or owners In such an event we may revisit our decision to pay the grant, and may at our discretion require the repayment of all or part of the grant. LEGAL CONSENTS All legal consents required in connection with this project must have been obtained before the grant is claimed. COST OVERRUNS As a condition of grant the applicant indemnifies the Council against any claim arising from this project’s being undertaken and the Council will not be held responsible for any cost overruns.
Changes to the Project. 6.1 We understand that you may encounter circumstances that require you significantly to modify elements of the Project. You must report such circumstances in accordance with Clause 12. Any significant changes require our prior written approval. Where changes are made without our prior written agreement, we will withhold or reclaim any funds that have not been used for the approved purpose.
Changes to the Project. PSTA may at any time, by written order, make changes within the scope of the work to be performed by Contractor under the Contract Documents. However, no such written order shall serve to increase the Contract Total or give Contractor any claim for monies in addition to the Contract Total. If any such change causes an increase or decrease in the estimated cost of, or the time required for, the performance of any part of the work under the Contract Documents, whether or not changed by the order, Contractor shall notify PSTA within thirty (30) days in writing. In the case of an increase to the Contract Total, the written notice shall state in all capital, bold letters that PSTA’s written order would result in an increase in the Contract Total. Such notice must be submitted and approved by PSTA’s Board of Directors prior to performing any work. Any change in the Contract Total must be approved by PSTA's Board of Directors and Contractor shall not be entitled to any compensation for such work unless and until approved by PSTA's Board of Directors.
