The Work definition

The Work means each and every activity required for the successful performance of the services described in Section II, the Terms of Reference.

The Work means the work to be executed or done under this contract.

The Work means all labour, materials, tools and plant, equipment including government taxes and transport, that may be required in preparation of and for and in the full and entire execution and completion of “the Work”.

The Work means the entire improvement planned by the District pursuant to the Contract Documents.
