Materials and Equipment definition

Materials and Equipment means all materials, equipment, plant, tools, vehicles and machinery necessary and incidental to the performance of the Contractor’s obligations under this Contract.
Materials and Equipment means: (1)Any raw materials (including minerals, metals, and advanced processed mate- rials), commodities, articles, compo- nents (including critical components), products, and items of supply; and(2) Any technical information or services ancillary to the use of such raw materials, commodities, articles, components, products, or items.
Materials and Equipment. Means All materials, manufacturing, manufacturing plants and facilities, storage containers, storage space, warehouses, warehouse space, tools, supplies, schedules, scaffolds, appliances, equipment, utilities, photographs, surveys, permits, licenses, training, transportation and all other items (other than labor) necessary or appropriate for the prosecution and completion of all aspects of the Contract Work. “Maximum Contract Price” Means The maximum amount that may be paid to the Contractor for the Work under the Contract, as stated in Part I, Section 1.7.

Materials and Equipment means any goods, supplies, plant, materials and equipment of any kind, including, machinery, vehicles, consumables, parts and components and any spare parts and replacements;
