Execution of the Work. The CONTRACTOR shall prosecute the Work continuously in such a manner and in such order of precedence as may be directed by the OWNER, working overtime, if necessary, to meet the specified dates.
Execution of the Work. The work shall be executed in a xxxxxxx-like manner and to the satisfaction in all respects of the Engineer-in-charge. The Engineer-in-charge will communicate or confirm his instructions to the Contractor in respect of the execution of the Work in a “Work Site Order Book” maintained at his office and the Contractor shall visit this office daily and shall confirm receipt of such instructions by signing the relevant entries in this book. Such entries will rank as order or notices in writing within the intent and meaning of these conditions.
Execution of the Work. 5.1 The Contractor shall carry out the work in complete autonomy. The Contractor may at any time ask the Principal for additional information in order thus to be able to carry out the work as required. The Contractor may, with the consent of the Principal, call in a specialist Sub-contractor. The Contractor’s personnel who carry out the contractually agreed work shall do this under the management, authority and responsibility of the Contractor. The latter personnel are not bound in any way whatsoever to the Principal. The directions, which are given by the Principal, cannot under any circumstances at all be interpreted as an indication, which would indicate any relationship of authority.
Execution of the Work. 2.4.1 The Artist will fabricate and transport the Work to the Site in accordance with the schedule proposed by the Artist in the approved Design Proposal. Such schedule may be amended only by written agreement between Texas Tech and the Artist.
Execution of the Work. The Contractor is to carry out the work without delay when instructed to do so by the Office of the Municipal Manager, or his representative, and which instruction shall be confirmed in writing. It is a condition of this contract that the telephone number, which appears on the Quotation Form, will at all times provide a means of relaying messages and instructions to the Contractor. In cases of emergency, the Contractor shall carry out the work on the same day that he/she receives the instruction. If for any reason, the Contractor is unable to carry out the work within three days, or in the case of emergency, on the same day that it is instructed to do the same, the Contractor shall a) immediately inform the Chief Operational Manager, or his representative,
Execution of the Work. 1.3.1 Upon execution of this Agreement, Artist shall promptly furnish to the Contract Manager a schedule ("Schedule") for the completion of the fabrication and installation of the Work, including a schedule for the submission of progress reports, as required. After written approval of the Schedule by the HAA, the Artist shall fabricate, deliver and install the Work in accordance with such Schedule. Schedule changes may be accomplished by written agreement between the Artist and the HAA.
Execution of the Work. 1.4.1. Within thirty (30) days after written approval of the Work Construction Document, and revisions made to pursuant to Section 1.3, the Artist shall furnish to the Owner , with a good knowledge of the construction schedule, a final schedule for completion of fabrication or construction of the Work and its assembly, erection or installation at the Project site (the “Work Schedule). If the Work is to be integrated with the construction of the Project, the Work Schedule shall also include relevant information as to the schedule for the Project’s construction contractor and coordination and integration with work of the Project. After written approval of the Work Schedule by the Owner, the Artist or their designate(s) shall fabricate, transport and construct assemble, erect or install the Work in accordance with the Work Schedule. The Work Schedule may be amended by written agreement between the Owner and the Artist.
Execution of the Work. SC15 GC 3.1 CONTROL OF THE WORK SC14.1 3.1.2 Amend paragraph 3.1.2 by inserting the words “Construction Schedule” after the word “sequences”. SC14.2 3.1.3 & 3.1.4 Add new paragraphs 3.1.3 and 3.1.4 as follows: “3.1.3 Prior to commencing individual procurement, fabrication and construction activities, the Contractor shall verify at the Place of the Work, all relevant measurements and levels necessary for proper and complete fabrication, assembly and installation of the Work and shall further carefully compare such field measurements and conditions SC14.1 3.1.2 Amend paragraph 3.1.2 by inserting the words “Construction Schedule” after the word “sequences”. with the requirements of the Contract Documents. Where dimensions are not included or exact locations are not apparent, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Consultant in writing and obtain written instructions from the Consultant before proceedings with any part of the affected Work. 3.1.4 Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs 3.1.1 and 3.1.2, the Owner shall have access to the site at all times to monitor all aspects of construction. Such access shall in no circumstances affect the obligations of the Contractor to fulfill its contractual obligations.” SC16 GC 3.2 CONSTRUCTION BY OWNER OR OTHER CONTRACTORS SC15.1 3.2.2.1 Delete subparagraph 3.2.2.1 and replace it with “[Intentionally left blank]”. SC15.2 3.2.3.2 Delete subparagraph 3.2.3.2 and replace it with the following: “.2 co-ordinate and schedule the activities and work of other contractors and the Owner’s own forces, including where other contractors or the Owner’s own forces are used after the Owner and the Contractor cannot reach agreement on the value of a change, with the Work of the Contractor and connect as specified or shown in the Contract Documents.” SC15.3 3.2.3.4 Delete the period at the end of subparagraph 3.2.3.4 and replace it with a semi-colon. SC15.4 3.2.3.5 Add new subparagraph 3.2.3.5 as follows: “.5 Subject to GC 9.4 CONSTRUCTION SAFETY, for the Owner’s own forces and for other contractors, assume overall responsibility for compliance with all aspects of the applicable health and safety legislation in force at the Place of the Work, including all of the responsibilities of the “constructor”, pursuant to the OHSA.” SC17 GC 3.3 TEMPORARY WORK SC16.1 3.3.2 In paragraph 3.3.2, in the second line after the words “where required by law”, insert “or by the Consultant”.

Execution of the Work. 2.1 The Partners undertake to carry out coordinated task areas and subtasks. The Partners exchange the content of the grant notifications, task descriptions, time schedules and all information necessary for the implementation of the joint project.
