Specific Contract definition

Specific Contract means a specific contract as referred to in Article 122 of the Rules of Application, concluded between one Contracting Party and a contractor on the basis of a framework contract;
Specific Contract means any contract entered into in writing or verbally between the Bank and the Customer, whose subject matter is a Banking Service or Product.
