After Hours Services. Members who need medical services after normal hours should contact their PCP. The PCP’s answering service may take the Member’s call. If so, the answering service will contact the Member’s physician or the physician on call, who will contact the Member as soon as possible. After hours calls should be limited to medical problems requiring immediate attention. However, Members should not postpone calling their PCP’s office if they believe they need medical attention. • All continuing care as a result of Emergency Services must be provided or Referred by a Member’s Primary Care Physician or coordinated through Keystone’s Customer Service Department. • Some services must be Preauthorized by the HMO. Your Primary Care Physician or Participating Specialist works with the HMO's Care Management and Coordination team during the Preauthorization process. Services in this category include, but are not limited to: hospitalization; certain outpatient services; Skilled Nursing Facility services; and home health care. Services that require Preauthorization are noted in the attached Medical Care Preauthorization Schedule included with this Agreement. You have the right to appeal any decisions through the Member Complaint Appeal and Grievance Appeal Process. Instructions for the appeal will be described in the denial notifications. • All services must be received from Participating Providers within Keystone’s Limited Eligibility & Service Area unless Preauthorized by Keystone, or except in cases requiring (1) Emergency Services or Urgent Care while outside Keystone’s Limited Eligibility & Service Area but within Keystone’s Approved Service Area; (2) Emergency Service, Urgent Care and follow-up care under the BlueCard Program while outside Keystone’s Approved Service Area; or (3) Guest Membership Benefits under the Away From Home Care Program while outside Keystone’s Approved Service Area. See Sections ER – Emergency, Urgent, Follow-up Care and GM – Away From Home Care Program Guest Membership Benefits. After Hours Services. Air conditioning service is available for Tenant -------------------- after normal open hours. Landlord shall make an extraordinary charge for the after-hours services which shall be based on the rate schedule or energy agreement in effect for such services or on the actual premium cost of providing such services, including the cost of labor and fringe benefits for required operating personnel, electricity at the per kilowatt hour rate applicable to the Property, water and sewerage at the posted rate, supplies and materials, if any, and any other direct premium costs associated with providing such services in situations where no rate schedule has been set or energy agreement has been entered into.
After Hours Services. The Rent does not reflect or include any charge to Tenant for the furnishing or distributing of any necessary elevator facilities, heat, cooled air or mechanical ventilation to the Premises during periods other than the hours and days set forth above in this Article 29 for the furnishing and distributing of such services (such other periods being referred to as “Overtime Periods”). Accordingly, if Landlord shall furnish any such elevator facilities (other than as required pursuant to Section 29.1 hereof), heat, cooled air or mechanical ventilation to the Premises at the request of Tenant during Overtime Periods, Tenant shall pay Landlord additional rent for such services at the standard rates then fixed by Landlord for the Building (currently an hourly rate of $300.00 per hour for heat and $400.00 per hour for cooled air, for a minimum of four (4) hours at a time). Landlord shall not be required to furnish any such services during any Overtime Periods unless Landlord has received advance notice from Tenant requesting such services at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the time when such services shall be required (and shall use reasonable efforts to provide such services if less than 24 hours notice). If Tenant fails to give Landlord such advance notice requesting such services during any Overtime Periods, then, whether or not the Premises are inhabitable during such Periods, failure by Landlord to furnish or distribute any such services during such Periods shall not constitute an actual or constructive eviction, in whole or in part, or entitle Tenant to any abatement or diminution of rent, or relieve Tenant from any of its obligations under this Lease, or impose any liability upon Landlord or its agents by reason of inconvenience or annoyance to Tenant, or injury to or interruption of Tenant’s business or otherwise. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the Tenant shall have the right, on a non-exclusive scheduled basis (in accordance with the terms above), to the use of the freight elevator service during the Overtime Periods for up to twenty (20) hours free of charge in connection with the Tenant’s initial move or any initial Alterations in the Building commencing on the Commencement Date.
After Hours Services. If Customer requests a service visit before 8:00 a.m., after 5:00 p.m. or on weekends, Customer will pay Summit at the rate of $105 per hour per technician. Parts remain covered at no additional charge as provided herein. This Service Maintenance Agreement shall replace any previous service agreements or warranties between Summit and the Customer and shall cover only the System bearing the serial number indicated above. After Hours Services. OFHC shall also provide after hours call coverage including all week nights after 5:00 p.m., weekends and holidays (“After Hours”). After Hours call for services will be directed to a OFHC call-in line and callers will be directed to meet a Provider at the Clinic, call 911, seek care during regular clinic hours, or seek such other health care services as is medically appropriate and necessary.
After Hours Services. If Tenant requires or requests that the services to be furnished by Landlord (except Building standard electricity and elevator service) be provided during periods in addition to the period is set forth in Section 18.1, then Tenant shall use its best efforts to notify Landlord (or Landlord’s building manager) requesting such services no later than 2:00 pm of the day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) that such services are required, and Tenant shall pay upon demand Landlord’s additional expenses resulting therefrom.
