Riders. All Riders attached hereto and executed both by Landlord and Tenant shall be deemed to be a part hereof and hereby incorporated herein.

Riders. Clauses, plats and riders, if any, signed by Landlord and Tenant and affixed to this Lease are a part hereof.
Riders. This Agreement is supplemented by any Riders attached hereto. The terms, covenants, conditions, and agreements set forth in any such Rider(s) shall constitute a part of this Agreement as if more fully set forth herein. In the event of any irreconcilable inconsistencies between the terms of this Agreement and any such Rider(s), the terms of such Rider(s) shall be deemed to govern.
Riders. In the event that any riders are attached hereto and made a part hereof and if there is a conflict between the terms and provisions of any rider, including any Lease Schedule and the terms and provisions herein, the terms and provisions of the rider or Lease Schedule shall control to the extent of such conflict.
Riders. Upon the effective date of this Agreement, all existing or previous- ly adopted Riders which provide less than the wages, hours, and working conditions specifically established by this Agreement and Supplemental Agreements shall become null and void. Thereafter, the specific provisions of this Agreement and applicable Supple- mental Agreements shall apply without being subject to variance by Riders. This Section shall not be applied or interpreted to eliminate operational, dispatch, or working rules not specifically set forth in this Agreement and Supplemental Agreements.
Riders. The riders and exhibits, if any, attached hereto and initialed by the parties are made a part of this Lease.

Riders. Present Supplements, Riders and Addenda shall remain in effect. Any new Supplement, Rider or Addendum, or changes to Supple- ments, Riders or Addenda or in the contract affiliation of any Local Union covered by this Agreement must be submitted to the Joint National Negotiating Committee for review and approval. Failure to be approved by the Committee shall render said Supplement, Rider or Addendum null and void.
