Inpatient Stay definition

Inpatient Stay means at least a 24-hour stay in a facility licensed to provide hospital care. JCAHO means Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations.

Key MCO Personnel means the critical management and technical positions identified by the MCO in accordance with Article 4.
