An Emergency. (Casual) Teacher is a registered teacher who is appointed on an ad hoc basis for up to and including 15 consecutive school days. The employer will pay an emergency (casual) teacher not less than $36.10 per hour, provided that the minimum engagement is for not less than 2 hrs on any one day.
