Initial Alterations means the Alterations to be made by Tenant to initially prepare the Premises for Tenant's occupancy.

Initial Alterations are defined in Section 4.3.

Landlord's approval of the contractors to perform the Initial Alterations shall not be unreasonably withheld.

More Definitions of Initial Alterations

Initial Alterations means the Initial Alterations as defined in Section 12(a).

Initial Alterations means all initial installations and Alterations needed for Tenant to begin using the Premises for the Permitted Use (including, without limitation, the Tenant Datacenter Space Installations), as determined by Landlord in its discretion.
