Landlord's approval of the contractors to perform the Initial Alterations shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Tenant, at the time it requests approval for a proposed Alteration, including any Initial Alterations or Landlord Work, as such terms may be defined in the Work Letter attached as Exhibit C, may request in writing that Landlord advise Tenant whether the Alteration, including any Initial Alterations or Landlord Work, or any portion thereof, is a Required Removable.
