Cost Increases. In the event that the cost of the Improvements increases subsequent to Tenant's approval of the Cost Breakdown due to the requirements of any governmental agency imposed with respect to the construction of the Improvements or due to any other unforeseeable circumstances, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the amount of such increase within five (5) days of Landlord's written notice; provided, however, that Landlord shall first apply toward such increase any remaining balance in the Improvement Allowance.
Cost Increases. Diamond may also notify Distributor in writing during any Contract Year of any cost increases for raw materials and packaging components for All Products to the extent such increases, individually or in the aggregate, would cause total finished cost of goods of such Product to increase by more than 2%. Upon Distributor's request, Diamond will furnish reasonable supporting documentation therefor. Upon such notification, the parties shall negotiate in good faith to adjust the applicable Purchase Prices to account for such increases. In the event that Purchase Price changes are not agreed upon as a result of such good faith negotiations, then the Purchase Prices then in effect shall remain in effect.

Except for the price adjustments as described in Section 3, in the event of any change in applicable law, regulation, rule, or order or any other change that materially increases the costs or other terms of delivery of Services under this MSA, including but not limited to electrical rate increases, CloudWyze may pass such increased costs through to Customer and Customer may terminate the specific product or service in question or all services without termination penalty upon sixty (60) days prior written notice, so long as such notice is given within ninety (90) days of the first invoice reflecting the pass through of such increased costs.
Cost Increases. After the first year of the Term, Service rates will automatically increase annually by three percent (3%). CARRIER shall have the right to charge a surcharge for fuel as set forth in the matrix below, a security surcharge of five percent (5%), and insurance cost increases, provided that CARRIER must give CUSTOMER at least ninety (90) days’ notice prior to implementing any charges related to insurance cost increases.

Cost Increases. In the event of any change in applicable law, regulation, third party price increases (i.e., software license, operating system, etc.) rule, or order or any other change that materially increases the costs or other terms of delivery of products and services under this Agreement, including but not limited to electrical rate increases, SIS and Customer agree to negotiate regarding the rates to be charged to Customer to reflect such increased cost. In the event that the parties are unable to reach an agreement regarding new rates within thirty (30) days after SIS’s delivery of written notice requesting negotiation, then SIS may pass such increased costs through to the Customer. Customer may terminate the specific product or service in question or all services without termination penalty upon sixty (60) days prior written notice, so long as such notice is given within ninety (90) days of the first invoice reflecting the pass through of such increased costs. The Customer’s monthly recurring charges will not increase during the sixty (60) day notification period should they decide to terminate services.
Cost Increases. Increases in wages, fringe benefits or other costs arising from collective bargaining or binding arbitration between the County and its Sheriff’s Office collective bargaining units shall be recognized and paid accordingly by the Township. Any decreases or reductions will be credited to the Township.
Cost Increases. An invoice that increases the total invoiced project cost above the amount shown in Exhibit “B” shall not be approved until INDOT has issued another purchase order or an advice of change (AC) order to cover the increased cost of relocation. If the invoice causes the total invoiced project cost to exceed the amount shown in Exhibit “B” by more than 10%, the invoice shall not be approved until the Utility submits a revised estimate and justification for the additional cost of relocation. The Utility acknowledges that until the above conditions are met INDOT may return any invoice submitted by the Utility which when totaled with previous invoices paid (or to be paid) by INDOT exceeds the amount shown in Exhibit “B” by more than 10%. INDOT shall make every effort to expedite the payment of any approved cost increase above the amount originally agreed upon.
Cost Increases. CARRIER reserves the right to adjust the fees for Services set forth hereunder on Schedule A at any time after the first year of the Agreement upon thirty (30) days advance written notice. CARRIER shall have the right to charge a surcharge for fuel or insurance cost increases, as applicable upon thirty (30) days initial advance notice.
Cost Increases. The Employer will pay any increased insurance costs up to and including ten percent (10%) per year for the total combined cost of Medical-Hospital, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Welfare which is currently set at $789.78 for single coverage ( $775.78 + $14.00).
