Normal Business Hours definition

Normal Business Hours means 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST/EDT, on Business Days.

Normal Business Hours for the Building shall mean 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays, exclusive of Holidays.

Normal Business Hours means the hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday to Friday of each week except any statutory holiday or civic holiday in the municipality where the Building is located.

• Infradapt will perform work related to the fulfillment of its obligations under this Agreement during Normal Business Hours.

• Cubelus Ltd will, as part of the Services provide the Customer with Cubelus’ standard customer support services during Normal Business Hours in accordance with the Cubelus Support Services Policy in effect at the time that the Services are provided.

• Email notices shall take effect on transmission (provided a non-delivery message is not generated) or, if this time falls outside Normal Business Hours, when business hours resume.

More Definitions of Normal Business Hours

Normal Business Hours means those hours during which most similar businesses in City are open to serve customers. In all cases, “Normal Business Hours” must include some evening hours, at least one (1) night per week and/or some weekend hours.
