Normal Business Hours definition
Normal Business Hours means the hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday to Friday of each week except any statutory holiday or civic holiday in the municipality where the Building is located.
Normal Business Hours means 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST/EDT, on Business Days.
Normal Business Hours for the Building shall mean 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays, exclusive of Holidays.

Except in emergencies or to provide janitorial and other Building services after Normal Business Hours, Landlord shall provide Tenant with reasonable prior notice of entry into the Premises, which may be given orally.
