Next Business Day definition

Next Business Day means the next day the court is open for business.
Next Business Day or “NBD” shall mean Monday through Friday, excluding Gap holidays (i.e., New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day), during local store business hours.
Next Business Day means the specific Business Day immediately following Customer’s submission of a problem to Symantec for assistance.

More Definitions of Next Business Day

Next Business Day. Next Business Day service is available within the Principal Area of Maintenance (PAM). Xf on-site service is required, McDATA will dispatch a representative within 24 hours of your request, unless such dispatch would fall on a weekend or McDATA holiday, in which case the representative will be dispatched on the next McDATA business day. In response to a call placed during normal business hours (8-5 your local time) a Customer Engineer (CE) will arrive at your site before 5:00pm the next business day. Any call received after 5:00pm local time will be handled as if received the next day.
Next Business Day means the next Business Day during Standard Hours.
Next Business Day means that a FRU is shipped to arrive, or an authorised service engineer is scheduled to arrive, on the next Business Day provided that remote diagnosis is completed and the FRU is ordered before 3:00pm. If remote diagnosis is completed after 3:00pm, a FRU will be shipped, or an authorised service engineer dispatched, the next Business Day to arrive on the following Business Day (i.e. if diagnosis occurs after 3:00pm on Monday, FRU ships Tuesday to arrive on Wednesday). For the purposes of this definition, Business Day is defined as Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (weekends and designated local holidays are not considered business days);

Next Business Day means the next day excluding Saturday and Sunday. Call need to be accepted prior to 1400 local time. For remote locations, please refer to Appendix C for more information.
Next Business Day means the following business day, based on the Fidelis business day schedule, for requests received by Fidelis prior to 2pm US EST, and the subsequent business day for requests received later in the day. Requests will only be accepted during normal Fidelis business hours (8 hours a day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Outside the continental United States, Fidelis cannot guarantee availability of on-site service, and will ship parts for Next Business Day delivery, but does not guarantee arrival at the User’s location in that time frame. Arrival times will vary depending on location.
